Every TOIA project is delivered through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle. Each project has its own legal entity, banking, and governance — entirely separate from every other TOIA project.

For capital partners and lenders, this provides clear visibility, clean security arrangements, and confidence that their exposure is limited to the specific project they've invested in.
